Is it possible to upload entries for multiple submissions from an excel spreadsheet to the jotform? I downloaded entries from last year into an excel sheet and want to know if I can upload repeat entries into a new form.

    Hi Elora,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Regarding your question about uploading multiple submissions from an Excel spreadsheet to Jotform, it is possible to import your existing submission data into Jotform Tables using the Import Data app. Here’s how you can do it:

    1. Go to the Import Data app and click Open Integration.
    2. Click the Import Submissions Now button and log in to your Jotform account (or allow access if already logged in).
    3. Select the form you want to import data into within Jotform Tables.
    4. Adjust the column headers in your Excel or CSV file to match the current table headers of your form, then select your file by clicking Select Source File.
    5. Click Import, review the data preview, and then click Confirm & Start Import.

This process allows you to upload multiple entries from your Excel sheet as submissions into your Jotform form's data table.

Additionally, if you want to import your Excel sheet directly into Jotform Tables (not as form submissions), you can create a new table and import your Excel or CSV file there.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Elora,

Let me help you with that:

The Import Data app can be accessed by going to this link: Import Data app. Once there, you can click Open Integration to start importing your Excel or CSV file submissions into your Jotform Tables.

Please note that this app is available for Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold plan users, but not for Jotform Enterprise users.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Elora,

The Import Data app has been available for Jotform users on Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans for some time now, allowing them to import submission data from Excel or CSV files directly into Jotform Tables. However, it is not available for Jotform Enterprise users.

This app enables you to upload multiple entries from a spreadsheet as submissions into your form's data table by matching your Excel or CSV column headers with the form's table headers. You can access the app anytime via this link: Import Data app.

If you want to learn more about how to use this feature in detail, you can check the guide on How to Import Data in Jotform Tables. This guide provides step-by-step instructions to help you through the process.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

I deleted some fields in PDF editor. Is there a way to get it back to how it was originally?
