Voice Agent/AI Phone Answering cannot automatically detect and translate languages on the fly; it only speaks in the default language you configure for that agent. To change the default language of your agent:
- Go to your Workspace, click Filter at the top, and in the dropdown uncheck everything except AI Agents so only agents are listed.
- Open your agent, and then in Agent Builder, click Train and choose AI Persona from the left menu.
- In the Default Language section, select the language you want your AI Agent to speak and save.

I've cloned your form and run into the same issue. The response from the AI Agent is in English. Then, I dig deeper into this. I first make a chat conversation and click on the voice. The AI Agent is now taking Spanish. This has been escalated to our developers to check. We'll share an update as soon as we receive one from them.

I've cloned and checked your Agent, and it seems that you've set up your AI Agent's Greeting Message in English, which most likely throws off Agent's language settings since it has to start with English. When I deleted this Greeting Message and replaced it with a Spanish one, my cloned Agent was able to start and continue the conversation in Spanish.
Can you try updating this message and see if this resolves the issue on your end? If not, just let us know and we’ll look into it further.
