Additionally, I would like to mention that while attempting to make adjustments to the flow I created for our main form (SAES Professional Services), the platform consistently becomes very slow and eventually crashes whenever I try to implement changes.

Could you please advise if there is a known issue related to this behavior or recommend any steps we can take to resolve it?

Thank you for your time and assistance.

    Best regards,

    Alessandra

    Hi Alessandra,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you try using a different browser or an Incognito window? Also, sometimes old cached data can cause performance issues. You can clear your form cache to help improve responsiveness. And make sure that you have stable internet connection.

If the issue still persits, can you capture a video of what’s going on and share it? Loom works great, or you can upload it to Google Drive or Dropbox.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Alessandra,

The behavior you described, where the platform becomes slow and eventually crashes while editing your flow, can sometimes occur if the form or workflow contains a large number of fields, complex conditions, or multiple approval/automation steps. For now, I cleared your form caches to refresh your data and to help your forms work faster and efficiently.

We also recommend checking your internet connection to ensure it is stable and high-speed, as slow or intermittent connectivity can cause the flow editor to lag or crash. Additionally, try temporarily disabling any browser extensions, especially ad blockers, as these can sometimes interfere with the platform’s functionality.

If the issue persists, can you take a screenshot of your browser's console log when the issue happened? That will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about How to Get a Console Report from Most Common Browsers.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
