Hey--we just noticed on our sponsorship JotForms that a mysterious condition was added that is removing the Company Name (which is a required field).

How would this condition have been added if we didn't do it?

It is a problem as it has removed the Company Name from all of our Sponsorship forms.

    Hi Lisa,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. In Jotform, conditions are usually added manually, or if you ask for help from the AI agent, it will intelligently generate the necessary conditions. Also, if this is a cloned form, it inherits these conditions from the original form.

Additionally, you can use the Revision History feature to view the change history and also revert your form to an earlier version you choose. Let me show you how to use it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Circular Arrow icon at the top middle of the page to open the Revision History menu.
    2. In the menu on the right side of the page, select the version you want to restore the form to.
    3. Now, just click on Revert next to the version you select, and then close the Revision History menu in the top right corner.
