Nicole_HodsonI have one more question: I have an element on my form that is NOT required, but that requires my form-takers to enter something before they can complete the form. I've confirmed that the element is not required. See below. Yet, it continues to make people go to that field and enter something. I would appreciate your help in fixing this. Thanks. -
Kris JotForm SupportHi Nicole,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I was able to find the Jotform Sign Document shown in the screencast. Since cloning sign document isn't possible, unlike the form. Will you allow us to test the sign document? We'll fill it out and try to accept and sign it. We'll make sure the test will be obviously comes from us.
Once we hear back from you, we can help you sort this out.

Yes, I give you permission to test this form. Thank you.

Jan JotForm SupportHi Nicole,
Thanks for giving us permission to test the document. I tried to run a test submission on my end, but I received an unauthorized error message and could not access it.

Could you try doing a quick test submission on your end to see if it still blocks the submission when you leave that specific field blank? If you can send us a short screen recording of the steps you’re taking, it’ll help us pinpoint the issue. Loom, Google Drive, or Dropbox links all work fine.
Once we hear back from you, we can help you sort this out.

Nicole_HodsonI had another member of my team test this form. See her response below:
In the second image below, it asked for initials in the instructions, but pre-populates my full name.
Lastly, it did bring my back to the top to fill out the "practice name" field but I was able to X out of it and click the Sign and Complete button in the top right to move forward without filling that practice name section out.
