Reminder email limits and scheduling

    What is the maximum number of people I can set up reminder emails for? I see there is a maximum limit of 10 people per reminder and only 3 reminders emails.

    Does this account to 30 people maximum?

    Can the 3 reminder emails be the same schedule date, time etc and until further notice?

    How does jotform KNOW if a recipient has responded to a reminder email?

    Hi Infuse Travel,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can add up to 10 recipients per reminder email if you have a paid account, but on the Starter (Free) plan, you can only add 1 recipient per reminder email. Since you can create up to 3 reminder emails per form, this means you could have up to 30 total recipients if each reminder includes 10 different recipients.

    Yes, the 3 reminder emails can be scheduled for the same date and time. You can set the send date, time, and repetition for each reminder independently and continue sending them until you set an end date. It's very easy to Set Up Reminder Emails in Jotform. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. Click on Emails on the left side of the screen, and select the Schedule A Reminder Email option.
    3. Edit the content of your Reminder Email.

    1. While in the Reminder Emails settings, click on the Schedule tab.
    2. Adjust the Repeats and Send Date options as needed to select which day or days you would like to send.
    3. Click the Downward Arrow icon in the Send Time section to change the time it will be sent.
    4. In the Start Date section, click the Calendar icon to set the starting date. You can also set an end date to stop sending reminder emails on a specific day in the End Date section, and click on Save.
