How does jotform KNOW if a recipient has responded to a reminder email?

    How does jotform KNOW if a recipient has responded to a reminder email?

    Hi Infuse Travel,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Reminder emails don’t track replies to the email itself. The system only records when a recipient clicks the reminder link and submits the form. If a submission is made, you’ll see it in your account. Otherwise, there’s no way to know if someone opened or responded to the reminder email directly.
