    Hi ALDOT,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Could you provide more details about the issue you’re experiencing? If you’re seeing any error messages or indicators, could you share with us a screenshot of what you’re encountering? This will help us get a clearer understanding of the issue and assist you more effectively. We’ve got a quick guide on how to do that here.

After we hear back from you, we’ll know what’s going on and how to help.

These are screen shots from the form we are trying to make accessible. It's the unique id element.

    Hi ALDOT,

When you activate the Form Accessibility option, the Form Builder’s built-in accessibility checker will review your form for potential issues and alert you if any are found. This check runs automatically each time you make updates to your form.

In this case, the error message appears because our system has detected that the widget you added may make it difficult for some users to complete the form. To resolve this, we suggest removing the widget and replacing it with a standard form field or an alternative widget that ensures better accessibility for all users.

Reach out again if you have any questions or if we can help you in any other way.
