We tried this but unfortunately the form cannot map to Quickbooks custom fields. I have searched for a solution but nothing works. The Quickbooks custom fields simply do not appear in the drop down.

    Hi S Paul,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. This issue often occurs if the custom fields in the connected application are not set up correctly for the type of record you’re trying to map. Most integrations will only display custom fields that are compatible with the specific record type selected. I suggest double-checking that the custom fields are created under the correct record type and are active.

Once that’s confirmed, try reconnecting the integration and checking the dropdown again. If the fields still don’t appear, let us know the type of record you’re mapping to and the specific custom fields you’ve created.

Also, a screenshot or recording of what’s happening would help us figure this out. You can use Loom or upload to Google Drive or Dropbox, then send us the link. We’ve also got a guide explaining how to send us a screenshot.

Once we hear back from you, we can help you sort this out.
