No aparece la opción de cuadro de texto dinámico y al insertarlo aparece en blanco

Estoy experimentando un problema con un formulario en https://form.jotform.com/252954503383157. Necesito ayuda porque no me aparece la opción llamada "cuadro de texto dinámico". Cuando intento insertar esta opción y pruebo el formulario, no aparece nada, solo un cuadro en blanco. He intentado insertarlo varias veces pero el problema persiste. Quisiera saber si alguien puede ayudarme, preferiblemente una persona humana, ya que necesito asistencia para resolver este problema.

Holaa a mi me aparece asi solo me sale para poner la pregunta pero no me aparece el cuadro y ya limpie el cache y abri en otros navegadores por eso solicite si podian revisarlos ustedes
