I have a queries regarding my existing Registration From (252861875790471) and Check in Time (252861607275462) Form.

Scenario:

1. Registration From (252861875790471) - Staff will fill up the form on behalf of 1000 guest
2. Staff will fill up the Name, Assigned Table Number and Email Address
3. Guest will receive an email autoresponder with the Unique Generated QR Code.
4. Event time - Staff will scan their QR code via Check in time form (252861607275462).
5. Guest Data to be captured after scanning and guest details should appear in the Check in Table.
6. Name, Email, Table Number and Check in time should appear in the check in table.
7. Result - everything is working except I'm not getting the Name, Email Address and Table number after scanning, only check in time.

Kindly Assist.

Can you tell us how you're filling out the form and on how you send it to the users? Did you use the Manual Prefill, then generated a QR code based on the prefilled fields? A screenshot or recording of what’s happening would help us figure this out. You can use Loom or upload to Google Drive or Dropbox, then send us the link. We’ve also got a guide explaining how to send us a screenshot.

Once we know more about what’s going on, we can figure out the fix.
