Hello,
I have recently created a form (attached through link). I have two questions;
1) Is there anyway to have a blank form pop up after each form is completed and submitted? (If there were a line of customers waiting to fill the form out one at a time?)
2) I have linked this form to my One Drive account. When a completed form is uploaded to the folder it has a generic ID number as a name. Is there any way to make the file name the participant's name?Thank you for the help!

Hi Ryan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can redirect the page to the same form upon submission.
1. In Form Builder, click on Publish at the top of the page.
2. On the left side of the page, click on Quick Share.
3. Click on Copy Link to copy your form’s URL.
4. Next, click on Settings at the top of the page.
5. On the left panel, select Thank You Page.
6. Select Redirect to an external link after submission.
7. Paste the Form link you copied earlier in the Enter URL field.
Here’s a simple demo form that you can open and test. You’ll see that after you submit, it redirects back to a fresh form, ready for the next person to fill out. Check out the screencast below to see the results:
As for your second question about renaming the uploaded files in OneDrive, I’ve gone ahead and moved your other question to a separate thread to keep things tidy, and someone from our Support Team will help you out with it here.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
