複数のエレメントで構成する入力のライブラリ化

複数のエレメントで構成する入力を作成することがあります。

例としては、日本を対象とした電話番号入力として、

シングルチョイス（固定電話10桁 携帯/IP電話11桁の選択)

ショートテキスト3つ（固定電話10桁の場合の市外局番、市内局番、加入者番号)

ドロップダウン（携帯/IP電話11桁の場合の上3桁 090 080 070 050 の選択）

ショートテキスト2つ（携帯/IP電話の場合の残り4桁+4桁)

これらに加え、CONDITIONSでシングルチョイスの選択によって固定電話用の入力と携帯/IP電話用の入力の表示・非表示切り替えを行います。

これらのエレメントと、可能であればCONDITIONSも含めてグループ化し、一つの部品のように扱い、入力ルールの変更(例えば、携帯電話の上3桁の選択肢が増える場合)も、グループ化されたこの部品を修正すれば全て修正される、というようなことができればと思いますが、可能でしょうか。

Regarding grouping multiple elements and conditions and treating them as a single component, so that changes to input rules can be reflected all at once, Jotform does not offer a standard feature for grouping elements and CONDITIONS together and managing them as a reusable component.

However, you can fine-tune conditions such as switching the visibility of each form element using the "Conditional Logic" function in the Advanced tab. You can also insert custom CSS to customize forms.

Therefore, if you want to use similar input patterns in multiple forms, a common method is to copy the original form and adjust the conditions and elements. If you need a modularization feature in the future, you can also consider creating form templates or automating the process using an API.
