I have successfully integrated JotForm with Constant Contact a number of times. However, I have a couple of forms that do not update to Constant Contact. I have authenticated the connection and selected the list, but names are not moving over to the CC list.

I have tried deleting the connection and starting over, but it still does not work.

I don't know if the issue is with JotForm or Constant Contact.

    Help.

    Hi Steve,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:

When Jotform is integrated with Constant Contact but submissions are not updating the list despite successful authentication, here are some steps to try:

    1. Double-check the integration settings: Ensure the correct Constant Contact list is selected in the integration setup.
    2. Verify field mapping: Make sure the form fields are properly mapped to the corresponding fields in Constant Contact.
    3. Re-authenticate the connection: Even if you already did, try disconnecting and reconnecting the Constant Contact account in Jotform integration settings.
    4. Check for submission errors: Review any error logs or notifications in Jotform related to the integration to identify if submissions are being blocked or failing.
    5. Test with a simple form: Create a basic form with just email and name fields and integrate it with Constant Contact to see if submissions go through.
    6. Confirm Constant Contact settings: Verify that Constant Contact is not blocking or filtering the incoming contacts from Jotform.

If after these steps the issue persists, it could be related to either Jotform or Constant Contact's side, and further investigation might be needed.

Give these steps a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Steve,

Are you referring to your form named Picture a Smile Registration Form? If so, can you send us a screenshot of your Constant Contact integration settings for us to investigate it on our end? We’ve got a quick guide on how to do that here.

Once we hear back from you, we can help you sort this out.
