c’est pas la première fois que quand je remplis le formulaire, il y a un problème de données en plein milieu, ça coupe ça passe en mode hors ligne une fois sur deux j’arrive à le récupérer en mode hors ligne une fois sur deux y’a rien et là c’est très embêtant, je n’ai rien reçu le formulaire c’est pas enregistré alors je suis en 5G j’ai toute ma connexion

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, can you make sure that your app is up-to-date? Also, can you try to connect to a different internet service provider?

non je n’ai pas d’autres fournisseur internet.
la chose est que je met 30 minutes à remplir le formulaire et une fois que j’ai finit, 1 fois sur 2 le rapport disparaît.
cest un problème car je n’ai pas le temps de refaire 40 fois mon rapport.
si vous avez une solution plus adaptée à mes besoins car j’utilise le formulaire pour faire un rapport pdf de 30-40 photos.

Hi leconvoyeurbreton,
You can enable offline mode in the app settings by clicking the gear icon and selecting Offline Forms, then choosing the forms you want available offline. This way, your data is saved locally on your device and will sync once you have a stable connection.
On the Jotform Mobile App, you can use Offline Mode to save your form to your device for filling out, or you can use Kiosk Mode , even without an internet connection. All submission data will be saved to your device and sent to your Inbox once you're connected to the internet. Let me show you how to set it up:
1. On your My Forms page , tap on the form that you want to access in Offline Mode .
2. On the bottom-right side of the menu that opens, toggle Offline Mode to the O n position.
You can't use certain widgets and elements in Offline Mode because they require an internet connection to function properly. Let me show you how to use Kiosk Mode when you don't have an internet connection:
1. On your My Form page , tap on the form that you want to open in Kiosk Mode .
2. About halfway down in the menu that comes up, tap on Kiosk Mode .
3. Adjust the Kiosk Settings as you like and then tap on Launch Kiosk at the bottom. And that's it.
Also, as suggested by my colleague, update your Jotform Mobile Forms app to the latest version to benefit from the newest fixes and improvements.
