My PDF doesn't show the entire contract

    I tried to chat again but haven't been able to get an agent. My PDF that comes after filling out a contract doesn't show the whole contract. It doesn't show the renal options or a spot on the bottom I have that allows for special requests. How do I fix this?

    1. Check your PDF Editor: Open the PDF Editor for your form and ensure that all the necessary fields, including rental options and special requests, are added and properly positioned on the PDF document.
    2. Map form fields to PDF fields: Make sure the corresponding fields in your online form are connected to the right spots on the PDF. You can drag and resize these fields in the PDF Editor to make sure everything fits and is visible.

    I don't even understand what you are saying to map form fields to the PDF fields

    I cannot even see all that it goes too fast. It doesn't appear to have the check list for rental items and the box at the end for special requests and when I go to PDF editor it doesn't even show the money amounts. I'm so frustrated because I have spent hours doing this and there is just always an issue. I'm not great at this stuff anyways, lol

    Hi Lisa,

    When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Note that for your Multiple Choice fields, like Rental Options, the PDF is only showing the selected options because that’s the default behavior. Also for Long Text field, such as Any Special Requests, the typed text appears but the box around it does not show by default. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
