Buenas tardes,Estoy intentando agregar informacion a un agente IA pero me sale un mensaje que se ha alcanzado el limite. Sin embargo al consultar el consumo me aparece que solo he gastado 7.435 de 50.000.000 disponibles.

Now, getting back to your question. Based on the numbers of your usage, your account is well within all the monthly limits, including the AI Knowledge Base limit of 50 million characters, where you have only used 7,435 characters.
The message stating that, You have reached your AI Agent knowledge base limit. Silver accounts are limited to 50M knowledge base characters. Upgrade your account to increase your knowledge base limits., appears to be a temporary issue, as your usage clearly shows you have not reached this limit.
Such messages can sometimes be triggered by temporary system issues or caching problems. To resolve this, we recommend the following steps:
- Log out of your account and log back in to refresh your session.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies or try accessing your account from a different browser or in Incognito/Private mode.
I've gone ahead and recalculated your Account Usage and Limits. Try to inject your AIs knowledge base one more time and see if it now works.
