keeps logging me out and not saving information

Regarding your issue with being logged out and information not saving, please note that for security reasons, Jotform login sessions expire after two hours, requiring you to log back in. However, all changes you make are saved instantly, so if you get logged out, your data should still be saved and recoverable.

Hi Kate,
Jotform doesn’t automatically refresh the form page or delete entered data unless the browser session ends or the form is reloaded. I checked your email address and didn't find any account linked to it. If the form you are filling out has a Save button, you can click it to save your progress and come back without losing information. Can you send either a screenshot or a quick recording of what’s going on? Loom works well for recording, or you can upload to Google Drive or Dropbox and send us the link. Or you can use this guide for taking a screenshot.
Once we hear back from you, we can get moving on a solution.

Our email account registered to the business o no jotform is fleetwoodmanagementteam@hotmail.com
We are still having major issues being kicked out which is so frustrating
Please can this be looked into as a matter of urgency

Hi Kate,
Note that Jotform doesn’t automatically log users out or clear entered data unless the browser session times out, the page reloads, or there’s an issue with cookies or cache. To help fix this, I recommend to clear your browser's cache. If the issue persists, I suggest trying to open Jotform in different browsers, such as Firefox, Edge, Safari, or Incognito mode to rule out any browser-related conflicts.
I checked the account linked to this email address, fleetwoodmanagementteam@hotmail.com, and it appears to be in good standing. If the form has a Save button, use it so your progress is not lost while we look further into this. To speed up the investigation, can you share the form URL so we can try to look at it? Additionally, a screen recording would help us see exactly what’s happening. You can use Loom or upload to Google Drive/Dropbox, then send us the link.
