I've got another issue now. The form is not allowing multiple submissions even though I have chosen No Check in the Unique Submissions section. Any thoughts on why that might be happening?

Hi Kerri,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
I noticed that the form had the Save and Continue Later feature enabled. Can you check if there are incomplete submissions on the form's tables page? It's possible the users saved a draft and should complete the form at a later date. It's really easy to View Your Form’s Incomplete Submissions in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:
- On your My Workspace page, put a check in the box next to the form you want to see incomplete submissions for.
- Then, in the menu at the top of the page, click on Submissions.
- Once you are on the Jotform Tables page, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form's name, and then in the dropdown menu, click on Incomplete Submissions.
- In the Incomplete Submission menu that opens on the right side of the page, hover your mouse over the incomplete submission you want to view and click on View. This will open the form with the incomplete submission in a new tab.
- While the Incomplete Submission menu is still open, tick the box next to the Incomplete Payment Submissions you want to delete.
- Next, click on Delete.
- Then, in the Confirmation window that opens, click on Delete Data.
If it's not the case, can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
