Unable to edit the form

I tried to do this but when I go to "My Forms" and scroll over the form, the only options are to view the form and submissions, no option to edit. I tried to log out and log in but the same thing appears. What should I do to be able to edit? Thank you.

May we know the URL of the form which you want to edit?

I see there is no account with the email address ktdl21@yahoo.com.

Hello Karen - You are not logged on to this account: karen.ogbac, so you cannot edit the form. Please log on to it then you should be able to view and edit the forms on that account.

I would suggest clearing your browser's cache before logging on to the account.
