BOOKING TERMS
The Lead Guest agrees to ensure that no one in their party has had any COVID-19 symptoms or any contact with a suspect or positive COVID-19 patient in the 14 days prior to the date of the reservation.
To ensure the safety of all our guests, should the temperature of anyone in your group exceed 37.5 degrees celsius upon arrival, the whole group will not be allowed to enter the resort. However, the booking will be allowed for rescheduling on a future date.
In compliance with DOT and IATF Guidelines, we will strictly be implementing the maximum number of guests allowed per private pool. Should your group exceed the maximum capacity, you will be required to rent another private pool unit if available. In case no additional private pool is available, excess guests will not be allowed entry into the resort.
