Hi, I need help with my Jotform. There was an update of information that was requested. After submitting it says invalid or incorrect ID submitted. When trying to upload again it does not allow me to submit.

Hi Roland,
I understand that you're trying to fill out a form that you previously submitted, but were asked by the form owner to provide additional information. Were you provided with an edit link from the form owner? If so, can you send it to us so we can check? Can you also tell us which field you're trying to update?
You can also try using a different browser or clearing your browser's cache and cookies, and see how it goes. We also advise that you reach out to the form owner and inform them about this, so they can help you as well.
Lastly, can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
