Jotform Sign option missing from Dashboard

    I used to be able to see a dropdown in the top left where I could navigate to JotForm Sign. That is no longer there and the only thing I see when I log in are my surveys I have created.

    In the past, there was a dropdown next to JotForm in the top left corner that I could navigate to JotForm Sign, Inbox, etc.

    Hello Bryan,

    It looks like the dropdown navigation you’re referring to may not be displaying correctly due to a caching issue. Can you try to log out of your account and then clear your browser’s cache and cookies? You can follow the guide for Chrome or Safari. Once that’s done, close the browser and reopen it. Check if the dropdown reappears after you re-login to your account.

    I logged out and cleared the cache, and it's still not displaying.

    Hi Bryan,

    This issue can sometimes be caused by a caching problem or a temporary glitch in the browser. I suggest doing the following to see if this will make a difference:

    • Try other devices, like a laptop or desktop computer.
    • Use the Incognito Mode of Chrome or other browsers (i.e., Firefox, Edge) available on your end.
    • Try other browsers available on your end.
    • Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Once you are done, close your current browser session and log in to your account on a fresh browser session.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    I attempted to use Incognito mode, and I still don't see the drop-down in the top right. Should I? Does that drop-down still exist? I was able to see the sign form in my list of documents and was able to make it to the sign inbox...which brings me to my next question:

    How do I sign documents when logged into Jotform? So far, the only way I've been able to sign documents is to send a reminder email and use the button in the email to sign the document.

    Hi Bryan,

    We’ve recently had an update that the listing picker has been disabled for some users and will soon be removed for everyone.

    Going forward, you can access Jotform Sign by using the Type menu instead. The old individual listing pages were part of an outdated structure and are no longer compatible with our recent updates. Let me show you how to filter your form assets using the Type button:

    1. On your My Workspace, click on the Type button on the top right area.

    2. Deselect all other assets and keep only the ones you want visible on the page.
