I am new to this and having a difficult time understanding how Jotform will interface with me and my website, re: uploading patient records and my notes, scheduling and credit card processing, all in a HIPPA-compliant manner.

Regarding with HIPAA compliance on your Jotform account, patient records and your notes will be encrypted and stored in a HIPAA-compliant database. You can also handle scheduling using the Appointment field, which can sync with HIPAA-compliant integrations like Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar. For payments, Jotform uses PCI-DSS-compliant processors to securely handle credit card transactions.
