How to show results in quiz?

My 403b Integrity Test is intended to give participants a score from 1 to 100 based on their responses to multiple choice answers. There's no single correct answer to any of the 7 questions, and I've assigned each choice to have it's own value. My problem is that I'm not seeing scores generated, either on screen or emailed upon submission. How can I make the final screen in this Quiz reveal their score?

    Hi Bob,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can add a Form Calculation widget to your form to calculate the scores. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. In Form Builder and click on Add Element on the upper-left side of the page.
    2. Click on the Widgets tab, click on the Form Calculation widget to add it to your form.  How to show results in quiz? Image 1 Screenshot 40
    3. Then, set the formula like you see below and click on SaveHow to show results in quiz? Image 2 Screenshot 51

This is what it looks like when the form is filled out:

You can check out my cloned form here, which you can also clone to see its configuration.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
