    Hola la version de app envia el en automatico la respuesta a mi mail, siendo que la web no lo hace, querria que no lo hiciera, como lo configuro?

    Hi Lidase,

    Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    As for your issue, can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.

    Hi! My name is fernanda im from argentina how r u?. The issue is that my app version of my form automatically fill the cell of mail with my own administration mail. Thats what i dont want
    At same time the web version of my form doesnt do that, it doesnt autofill the cell with any mail, so thats what i want

    I dont know what i did or why the app version does that but i want it to stop, cause my workflow is that i then fill that mail cell in the table with the several different emails

    Hi Lidase,

    The issue happens because you're currently logged in to the Jotform app and you viewed your form on it, which is why the emails are automatically populated by the email connected to the Jotform app. This is a built-in feature of the Jotform app, which is why you're seeing the same autofill behavior when you view your form on a browser. We can open a feature request for this to be removed or adjusted. To do so, can you share the link to the form you're working on?
