Appointment Field: Appointment slot time is showing incorrectly

Hello,

I have tried creating a JotForm and when I send myself the demo link or complete the jotfrom and try it I click and it doesn't keep my set times I choose. Can I get help with this please?

We want every Tuesday and Thursday 8am - 12pm. When we publish and send out, the times are not accurate.

It looks like you're referring to the timezone displayed in the appointment field. While the form is set to the Europe timezone, users will see the available time slots automatically converted to their local timezone. For example, in the screenshot below, I'm viewing the form from the Eastern timezone, so the appointment slots appear in my local time.

If you'd prefer that all users see the times strictly in your set timezone, you can lock the appointment field to that timezone. This way, everyone will see the availability exactly as you've set it. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Appointment field, and click on the Gear icon to open Appointment Properties. 
2. In the menu on the right side of the page, click on the Advanced tab.
3. Then enable Lock the Time Zone.
