I want to embed my form on my website or my Facebook page

...need some help in understanding how to get my form either to my website or my FB page where I upload it and receive completed submissions. I've seen other puppy breeders use Jotform but I need some guidance on how to actually get my Puppy Questionnaire working and then get submissions back to me.

You can easily embed your form on your website using the Iframe code. Embedding your form on a webpage is really easy. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
3. Now, select the embed option you want to use, and click on Copy Code. (I used the iFrame method only to show in this case.)
4. Paste your code into your webpage's embed area, and that’s it.

You also have an option to add the form to your Facebook page. Let me also show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Publish on the orange navigation bar.
2. Then, click on Platforms on the left panel.
3. Look for Facebook and complete the setup.
