ich habe versehentlich mein Konto von Silber auf Gold hochgestuft und möchte das Upgrade widerrufen. Ich bitte um eine Rückerstattung und Rücksetzung auf mein vorheriges Silber-Abo. Vielen Dank im Voraus!

Dear Jotform Support Team,
I accidentally upgraded my account from Silver to Gold and would like to cancel this upgrade and request a refund.
Please revert my account back to the Silver plan and refund the amount charged for the Gold subscription.

Hi Vitali,
After you've downgraded your subscription to silver plan, you can fill out the refund request form. Downgrade should be done on the desktop version of Jotform, rather than the mobile app. Let me show you how to downgrade your account:
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your avatar in the top-right corner and click on Settings.
2. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.
3. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Silver Plan.
Then, you'll see a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Just follow those instructions to continue with downgrading your plan.
