Monday.com Integration: How to capture the Name and Address values separately?

I do have another question. How do I get the Name and Address lines to populate out individually? In Jotform, it captures it as one main field (and then individual fields) but when I am matching them in the integration, I need it separately (First Name) and (Last Name). Same with Address. I see that it has a grayed-out selection in my integration but doesn't allow me to select it.

    Hi FSCCareerServices,

Currently, there's no option to select the values individually. The values will be passed to Monday.com as a whole since it uses those elements to match with the integration. As a workaround, you can use a Short Text element instead so users can input the values on separate elements and not as one like the Name element. The same thing goes for the Address element.

Note that deleting your current elements will remove the data associated with them, so it is recommended to hide the elements instead if you want to replace them. That way, the existing submissions will still be on the Tables page and the values entered on the new element will be stored in a new column.

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
    2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list and choose the Short Text element.
    3. Now, just drag and drop it into your form, and that's it.

Do the same thing with the Address and you'll be able to select them individually on Monday.com integration:
