Jotform not integrating with Monday.com

    Can you please help me with resolving this failed integration? I rebuilt the integration between Monday.com and JotForm, but continually get the below status. How can I resolve?

    This status label doesn't exist, possible statuses are: {1: Yes, 2: No, 5: Unknown}

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The error you're receiving typically occurs when the options you are trying to use in the integration do not match the expected or available options in Monday.com. It seems that on your Monday.com, you only have Yes, No, and Unknown available and you're trying to pass values that are not equal to one of those.

    To resolve this, ensure that the values being passed to Monday.com are also available there. Adjust either the board or the form to have them match each other's option values. This should help you resolve the mismatch and complete the integration.

    Thank you. I was able to resolve that issue.

    I do have another question. How do I get the Name and Address lines to populate out individually? In Jotform, it captures it as one main field (and then individual fields) but when I am matching them in the integration, I need it separately (First Name) and (Last Name). Same with Address. I see that it has a grayed-out selection in my integration but doesn't allow me to select it.
