Hi. How can I assign another board member as the account administrator. I tried changing the email to her email address. She tried to sign in but it showed an error. Her email address is jennifer@jrvisalaw.com
Can you make this change?

You cannot directly change the account administrator by just changing the email address. Instead, you can assign a new admin by inviting the board member as a new user with admin rights through the Admin Console if you are using Jotform Enterprise. Here’s how:

We do not want multiple users. I want to pass it to another member who will take it over as the sole user

If you want to transfer the entire account to another board member as the sole user, you will need to transfer ownership of the account. Unfortunately, this cannot be done by changing the email address directly.

Hi SoCalAILA,
Since you intend to simply change the ownership by changing the email address, you need to complete the change of email address for the account. The email address, jennifer@jrvisalaw.com, is not yet associated with the account, so you need to change the email address first. Let me show you how:1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. Click on the Account tab.
4. Then click Edit next to your email address.
5. Enter the new email on the New e-mail.
6. Finally, click the green Save button.
Note that you may be asked to verify with the old email if this setting is enabled. We also have this guide on how to change the email address.
