Receiving two autoresponder emails

    The auto responder is sending two emails to me when I register for fall 2025. I just want the right one to go out, the one that says 2025 and does not include option to buy hoodies.

    It sounds like your autoresponder is sending two emails because there might be multiple autoresponder emails set up for your form. To fix this, please check your form's email settings and ensure only the correct autoresponder email (the one for 2025 without the hoodie option) is active.

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Go to your form's Settings tab.
    2. Select Emails from the left menu.
    3. Review the Autoresponder Emails section and disable or delete the one sending the 2024 email.

    This should stop the duplicate emails and ensure only the correct one is sent.

    Hi Caroline, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I only received one Autoresponder email. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

    However, since I tried my form using my own email, I received two emails, which are the Autoresponder, and the Notification Email. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
