Actualmente estamos trabajando con el plan Bronce, que indica un costo de $39 USD por mes. Sin embargo, hemos notado que este plan no nos alcanza en cuanto al límite de visitas o la cantidad de envíos de formularios.

Por este motivo, estamos evaluando cambiarnos al plan Silver, el cual aparece con un valor de $24,5 USD mensuales. Queríamos confirmar si ese precio es el costo total mensual del plan Silver o si se trata de la diferencia respecto al plan Bronce, ya que en caso de ser el precio mensual final, sería incluso más conveniente que el plan actual y se ajusta mejor a nuestras necesidades.

Now, coming back to your question, the price that you saw for the Silver Plan is the discounted price per month, which is billed annually at $294 as per your screenshot. Note that the discount is a one-time offer when upgrading a plan. Plans will auto-renew at the full price after the discount ends. You can take advantage of this discount now and decide later if you want to continue with it or not.

I also see that you have a current active subscription. When you upgrade your plan, any unused time from your previous plan will be applied as a credit toward your new subscription, and you'll pay a prorated rate. This means you won't lose the value of the time you've already paid for.
