Changes in form not saving properly

    I'm fine tuning one of my forms and the edit view has everything showing correctly, when I go to view the form my updates are not showing up.

    I logged out and back in used two different browsers to log into Jotform and it's still not working

    Hi Mollie,

    I see. Are you pertaining to your 2025 Iron Horse Entry Form? Jotform has an auto-save feature so any updates made in the Form Builder should automatically apply to your form. Can you share what specific changes aren't saving or appearing correctly in the Form Preview?

    I have Cleared your Form Cache on my end to refresh your forms and as a precaution. Most of the time, this fixes the issue. You can also clear the browser's cache and cookies. Can you give it a try and let us know how it goes?

    If the same thing happens again, can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
