Anmeldeprobleme und Bitte um Änderung der Konto-E-Mail-Adresse

    Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

    ich habe soeben versucht, mich auf jotform.de anzumelden, mit den Anmeldedaten, die meine Vorgängerin mir überlassen hat, anzumelden - dies ging allerdings nicht.

    Könnten Sie die E-Mail-Adresse, die hinterlegt ist: autohausnahetalmarketing@gmail.com bitte ändern in p.fuhr@autohaus-nahetal.de?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, if you are unable to update it due to verification being sent to the old email, you can submit the form to request an update here. Just make sure that the new email address you want to use is not associated with another Jotform Account.
