Request to change account's email address

    Hi I was wanting to reach out to change the email on this account to an updated one, due to the reason when I go to login it wants me to change the password and in order to do so I need to have a valid email address on file. The address currently on the account belongs to someone that no longer works for circlehranch.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked the email address that you used to submit this ticket, there was no associated Jotform account.

    If you're pertaining to another account, can you share with us the email address or the username associated with the account so we can check on our end?

    Im just confused because when I go to login it says I need to double confirm and it is trying to send it to that email

    Unfortunately, we're unable to identify what email address is associated with your account. Can you share with us what email address you are using to log in, and take a screenshot of what’s happening upon trying to log in and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.

    And that is the person who is terminated now so we were looking to get into Jotform and changing the email on the account
