To move forms from a standard Jotform account to an Enterprise account, you'll need to contact the Enterprise Support Team directly.
We have a helpful guide on how to create a support ticket for Enterprise. Once you submit a ticket there, someone from the Enterprise team will get in touch with you shortly to help with the transfer.
