    Hello,

I need assistance with getting access to the submissions from my form titled "2025 BAC Corrections and Edits Form".

When I click on the form I keep getting an error message stating "You don’t have permission to view this resource. Request access from the resource owner or switch to a different account. You are signed in as allen@ntcumc.org."

I am confused as I am the owner of this account - user name allen77. Can you help please?

    Hi allen77,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

The error message you are seeing indicates a permission issue with accessing the submissions of your form "2025 BAC Corrections and Edits Form." Even though you are the owner, this can happen if you are signed in with an account that does not have the proper permissions for that form.

    Here’s how to resolve it:

    1. Verify you are logged in with the correct Jotform account that owns the form.
    2. Check if the form was assigned to another account or if permissions were changed. If assigned, you might need to access it from the assigned account.
    3. Try switching accounts if you have multiple Jotform accounts to see if the form is accessible from another.

If the issue persists, you may need to review your account permissions or contact the form owner if it was shared with you under a different account.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi allen77,

Since you recently changed the email address connected to your account, this can cause access issues with your form submissions. The form might still be linked to your old email (camaleallen@htcumc.org).

    Here’s what you can do:

    1. Confirm you are logged in with the updated email (allen@ntcumc.org) on Jotform.
    2. Check your account settings to ensure the email change was fully verified and saved.
    3. If the form was assigned or shared under the old email, try accessing it from that account or transfer ownership to your current account.

If you need to change your account email again or verify it, you can do so from your Account Page under Profile settings.

Give these steps a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi allen77,

To migrate your form to your Enterprise account, you will need to contact Enterprise Support by logging into your Enterprise account and creating a request. You can find guidance on how to contact Enterprise Support here.

Regarding sending the form with submissions included, transferring forms with data requires using the Transfer Forms feature in your account. Note that if the target account is Enterprise, Enterprise Support assistance is necessary.

Here’s a brief overview of the transfer process:

    1. Go to your account's Data page and click the Transfer Forms button.
    2. Select the forms you want to transfer and send the request.
    3. The new owner accepts the transfer to complete it.

Keep in mind forms connected to certain Jotform products or workflows cannot be transferred directly.

Let me know if you need more details on any step.

    Hi allen77,

I took a look at your form and found that it’s owned by the account with the username "ctcumc", which isn’t associated with the email addresses you mentioned in your reply on July 17, 2025, at 1:12 AM.

As for your other concern regarding moving the form to an Enterprise account, I’ve moved it to a separate thread to avoid confusion. Here is the link to that thread. I’ll follow up there once I’ve responded to you here.

Feel free to reach out again if you need any further help.
