Hola, tengo 2 direcciones de correo electrónico configuradas como campos obligatorios, estos correos son los que están configurados para recibir las notificaciones y seguimiento de sus casos, sin embargo en la tabla de envíos donde puedo ver todas las solicitudes enviadas este dato aparece algunas veces pero no siempre, adjunto imagen de la tabla, como es esto posible si el campo es obligatorio y no permite continuar si no lo llenan?

Now, coming back to your question, I cloned and tested your form and I can see that Email Properties are required, and it won't let me proceed to the next field if I did not enter the details. Check out my screencast below to see my results:
1. In Jotform Tables, click on hover your mouse over the submission and click on View.
2. In the windows that open on the right side of the page, scroll down to get the Submission ID.
Additionally, I’ll just need access to your account. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.
