Close Account Temporarily

We are done with our summer camp 2025 and will not require the Jot form any more till next year. Please can you close our account temporally. Regards Uzma 647 709 7094

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Unfortunately, we do not offer phone support. Note that Jotform does not have a specific account deactivation feature. However, you can choose to downgrade your account to the Starter plan if you want to reduce usage without deleting your account, which allows you to keep access to all your forms and data.

I can see that you were able to cancel your subscription. Your account will automatically be downgraded to the free Starter plan on your next billing date. Note that with this change, your account will be limited to 5 active forms, as per the Starter plan limits. Any additional forms beyond that will be disabled, but they can be reactivated later if you upgrade again.
