Table not Saving on form

    Hello,

    The table information will not save on the app when I fill out my form. I fill it out, save it, then when i go back to it to make sure it saved the information in the table isn't saved. Everything else saves but the table information. I tried making the table required but that didn't save either.

    Could you please share a screenshot showing how the table looks before you save it and what you see when you open it again? This will help us understand exactly what’s happening.

    Also, could you let us know a bit more so we can help you better?

    • Which device and browser or app version are you using to fill out and save the form?
    • Are you filling out the form through the Jotform App or a web browser?
    • Does the same thing happen if you try submitting the form instead of just saving it as a draft?
    • If possible, could you share the link to your app and form so we can check the table settings on our end?

    Once we have this information, we’ll be able to look into this further.

    No it still didn't save the drop down menu table

    Then I save it and the information in the table drop down menu comes up empty when I open it back up:

    We'd like to take a closer look at this to dig deeper. Can you share the form's and app's URL that were used? We'd like to make sure that we're on the same page if you're talking about the form's Table where submission is being recorded or the Input Table form field where data being entered disappears after continuing the saved progress.

    Can you also capture a screenshot of what's happening? This will help us have a better understanding of the behavior. We’ve got a guide here explaining how to do that.

    Hello,

    To clarify - the input table on the form won't save for anyone across multiple phones/computers. My version of Jotform app is 2.12.9. I have an iPhone Pro Max and iOS 18.5. The computer I'm using is a Dell intel 10 Core i5 that was just purchased July 2nd. However, this should work for anyone's phone because I don't know the specs of my employees phones and they are the ones filling out the forms.
