Everyone with access to my inbox is receiving email notifications when a comment is made (including myself). How can I turn these off?

Hi Carla,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I created a sample form, shared the inbox with a different account, and both accounts made comments, and I wasn't able to receive email notifications. Can you clarify if you're using Comment button or Reply button?
If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
