Good morning,
I was sent a link to access previous jot forms created my company. I am unable to view created jot forms shared with me. I already had a jot form login prior to access for creating and reviewing jot forms.
Please advise

- Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
- Can you also share the URL link to the form so we can check?

Does not show previous jot forms created by the company. Previous creators advised they had provided full access to the jot forms.

Hi Noah,
Could you log in first to your Jotform account, and then, while on your account, retry accessing the shared link?

I am not able to see the jot forms shared with me after logging in and accessing the shared link.

Still doesn't work... they shared the link after i had an account already created, it says i need to create a new account to access the shared documents, however my email is the same and will not let me create a new account.

Can you confirm if the account you're referring to is tied to the email address you're currently using? If so, I checked and found that the account is a Form User account. If not, can you share the email address of the account you're referring to? If you can also share the form URL, I can check it out and see what’s going on.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hi Noah,
I've checked the email address you're using on this thread, and I found that there's no registered Jotform account using the email. The only existing account is a Form User account.
I suggest you register first, to create an account.
Reach out again if you need more help.

It wont let me register a new account with the same email... this is where I am stuck.

Hi Noah,
I went ahead and converted your account to a regular user. Reset your password and once that's done, login to your account and you should be able to see the form shared with you. If you still don't, let the form owner share it with you again.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I am now able to view the jotforms, I did not have to reset my password. Thank you for your assistance!
