Now, coming back to your question. Currently, Jotform does not support dynamically removing or disabling dropdown options once they have been selected in a submission.

As a workaround, you can use the Quantity Gift Registry widget and list each option as an item instead of using the dropdown element. This widget allows you to set a specific quantity for each item, and it will automatically subtract the quantity for each item whenever a submission is made. Once an item has been selected based on the quantity you set, it will no longer be available for selection by other users. Let me show you how to set that up:

1. In  Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Widgets tab, search for the Quantity gift registry widget and add it to your form.
3. Click on the field's wand icon to open it's settings and add your options with the limit you'd like to set. Once done, click on Update Widget. In your case, you can limit each item to 1.
