Request to Cancel my Subscription

    Dear Jotform Support Team,


    I would like to request the cancellation of my subscription to your service. While I appreciate the features Jotform offers, I have found that the platform does not support video capture in widgets, similar to the "Take Photo" function. This functionality is crucial for my use case, and unfortunately, the current limitation means I am unable to fully utilize the platform as intended.


    Please proceed with canceling my subscription effective immediately and confirm once the cancellation has been processed.

    Hi Hoi,

    I understand you'd like to cancel your subscription. If you subscribed through PayPal, you can manually cancel your PayPal subscription by following these steps:

    • Log in to your PayPal account and select the gear icon in the upper-right corner.
    • On the next page, go to Payments at the top, then select Manage automatic payments.
    • Next, select Jotform on the left and cancel your subscription.
    • In the confirmation dialog, select Cancel Automatic Payments.

    Hi hoikeen2025,

    You can easily Cancel Your Subscription, but you’ll need to do it on the desktop version of Jotform, as it’s not yet available on the mobile app. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.

    2. Under the Billing tab on the left, and beside the My Plan section, click on Change Plan.

    3. Now, click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

    To request a refund for your latest invoice, just fill out our Refund Request form. Once submitted, our team will review your request and reach out to you via email with an update on the status.
