The collaborator can't add a new payment gateway

    I need someone to add a payment method on a form, but when we tried the collaboration option it did not work. He was not able to add the bank information to add payment options.

    Also, there is an error message that says the merchant account is restricted.

    What can we do?

    Hi Constance,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Only the form owner can add and remove the Payment Connections. So you're the one who needs to log in and change the payment method. Let me show you how to change the payment method when using Reusable Connections:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Credit Card icon on the upper right side of the page.
    2. Click on the Trash Can icon of the current Payment Connection.
    3. Click on Add Payment Connection. The collaborator cant add a new payment gateway Image 1 Screenshot 50
    4. Click on Add New Connection.
    5. Select your preferred Payment Gateway and click on Next. The collaborator cant add a new payment gateway Image 2 Screenshot 61
    6. Enter your preferred Connection Name.
    7. Click on the Connect button and once your payment gateway account is connected, click on Save.The collaborator cant add a new payment gateway Image 3 Screenshot 72
    8. From the Payment Connections, select the newly added Payment Gateway.
