Hi Constance,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Only the form owner can add and remove the Payment Connections. So you're the one who needs to log in and change the payment method. Let me show you how to change the payment method when using Reusable Connections:
- In Form Builder, click on the Credit Card icon on the upper right side of the page.
- Click on the Trash Can icon of the current Payment Connection.
- Click on Add Payment Connection.
- Click on Add New Connection.
- Select your preferred Payment Gateway and click on Next.
- Enter your preferred Connection Name.
- Click on the Connect button and once your payment gateway account is connected, click on Save.
- From the Payment Connections, select the newly added Payment Gateway.
- Click on Use at the bottom.
