Hi Robin,
It sounds like you're concerned about whether you have more than one Jotform account. Each Jotform account is tied to a unique email address, so if you have used different email addresses to sign up, you might have multiple accounts.
If you have been charged from two different accounts, can you share with us the following details where you have been charge again so we can locate it?
- Type of card
- Last 4 digits
- Expiration Date
- Amount Charged
- Transaction Date
After we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

Hi Robin,
Yes, we can't look up accounts using names alone. If the accounts were accessed on the same IP address, we can try to locate them. Can you provide us with your IP address? You can access this site to know your IP address.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
