Phone Agent: Conversations are not registering with my agent

    Conversations are not registering With my agent. Last week I tested but was intermittent if the conversatinos would register. They are very short, we are catching an automated call and logging the contents in a form.

    But even in tests I've waited until the agent answers and does first line of intro and then I say my test line and the call doesn't register still. It seems like call attempts should be logged?

    Hi Austin,

    Can you share with us the test line you are using to test the Phone Agent? Also, did the Phone Agent respond to the call or was the call dropped after the test line? I also noticed that you have a form that should be filled in, did you finish filling up the form during the conversation? The information will help us understand better what's happening.

    I purchased a phone number for my agent , its in the agent in my account named Alex.

    The delay is too long at disclosure and then waiting for the agent to start, that seems to be the problem.
