Voice Agent keeps asking for the email address

In addition, the ai voice agent keeps asking for my email address when I try to test out the training model I have setup.

I've cloned and tested your Voice Agent, and I couldn't replicate the issue. After asking about my credit report, the voice agent replied using the knowledge base for which it was trained. To further investigate your issue, could you give us more details about how to replicate your issue? Which questions should we ask to replicate it?
